Can I order cupcakes online for pickup?
Yes! You can place an order for pick-up via our online ordering system no later than 08:00 to be able to pick them up the same afternoon. Please note that our bakery may introduce previous order stops and appointments for order dates when we handle a high volume of
pick-up, delivery and national shipping orders.
We offer pick-up of orders Wednesday to Friday between 11:00 and 18:00 or Saturday 11:00 – 15:00. If the time does not suit you, please feel free to contact us to agree on another time. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
How do I get my cupcakes from The Cupcake Factory?
You can get your cupcakes in three different ways:
● Cupcakes by Post – Our cupcakes can be sent by mail via a parcel delivery company to all addresses in Sweden
● Home delivery/office delivery – Deliveries to companies and events in Mälardalen (Stockholm, Uppsala, Enköping, Eskilstuna and Västerås) are available for orders for over 50 cupcakes or 100 minicupcakes.
● Pick up at our bakery – Our bakery is located in Enköping where we offer free pick-up of orders.
Can I order cupcakes delivered in person?
Yes! In addition to cupcakes with mail and pick-up in the bakery, we offer deliveries with our delivery staff to corporate events and personal events in Mälardalen region (Stockholm – Uppsala – Västerås – Eskilstuna).
If you would like to place an order with delivery, please contact us by email at orders@theupupcakefactory.se no later than 3 working days before the estimated delivery date.
What payment methods are accepted at The Cupcake Factory?
For our online orders, we accept credit card payment, Klarna and Swish. For e-mail orders where we send an invoice, we accept Bankgiro, Swish and direct bank transfer. Please note that for e-mail orders with pick-up as a delivery option, please request payment in advance or with Swish when picking up.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes! We can write personal messages on gift cards. To order a personalized card with a message, simply add a card to your cart and then write your message in the notes field.
How do I store my cupcakes once I have picked them up or received them?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature and enjoy them the same day you pick them up or have them delivered. If you are going to eat your cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchase, we recommend that you store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and let them stand at room temperature for about 1 hour before serving.
Always remember to eat your cupcakes when they are room temperature and never straight from the fridge as the frosting is made from real butter and therefore hardens in cold temperatures!
Do you offer volume discounts for cupcakes for events?
We are happy to offer volume discounts for orders of over 100 cupcakes or 200 mini cupcakes.
For larger order volumes, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. For corporate orders that include multiple offices or multiple recipients in different cities, please contact orders@thecupcakefactory.se

Do you ship your cupcakes all over Sweden?
Yes, we do! We send our cupcakes by mail to all addresses in Sweden via package suppliers (currently only Postnord). Orders placed no later than 08:00 can be shipped the same evening for delivery within 1-2 working days. In general, packages arrive no later than 16:00 the next day after they are shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as the service is fully handled by parcel delivery companies (currently only Postnord).
In some cases, the delivery may take up to 2 working days, so we strongly recommend that you place orders that need to be received the same week no later than Wednesday at 08:00 so that your cupcakes can be delivered no later than Friday.
Since we ship all orders with night delivery, it is not possible to have them delivered on Sundays and Mondays. Please note that our bakery may introduce the previous last order dates and times for order dates when we handle a high volume of pick-ups, deliveries and national shipping orders. Contact us if you have any questions about shipping.
How do I store my cupcakes once I have picked them up or received them?
We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature and enjoy them the same day you pick them up or have them delivered. Are cupcakes sent by mail different from those picked up at the bakery?
Most of our cupcakes that are available for pick-up are suitable for sending by mail.
Some of our cupcake flavors contain sensitive ingredients and these will be replaced in cupcakes sent by mail as follows:
● Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting will be replaced with a vanilla buttercream frosting
● Carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting will be replaced with vanilla buttercream frosting
● Lemon curd filling will be replaced with raspberry filling

We offer personal deliveries with our internal delivery team to companies and events in Mälardalen (Stockholm, Uppsala, Enköping and Västerås) for orders over 50 cupcakes or 100 mini cupcakes. Can we add some allergy friendly cupcakes to our order?
Yes! In our bakery we have experience in baking with or without specific ingredients while maintaining the same great taste of our cupcakes! Please note: All special orders must include a minimum of 6 standard size cupcakes of each allergy friendly cupcake variety. Mini cupcakes have a minimum order of 12 of each individual variety.
I have a food allergy, can I eat cupcakes from The Cupcake Factory?
The Cupcake Factory is happy to offer options baked for those with special dietary needs. However, we are not a gluten-free or nut-free bakery.
